Package rules
Validity: 3 months for packages under 5 sessions; 6 months for packages with 5 sessions or more.
Booking: once purchased, book sessions through Practice Better using your package.
Non-transferable: packages are for the named client/pet only; unused sessions expire at the end of validity.
Rescheduling: rescheduling follows clinic policy.
