It’s March 3rd, 2026 and this is my first journal for Major Wellness. I’ve been thinking about it for many years, so sending it out today is the fruition of an old vision. #Winning!

You may know that a family farm came into my life in 2023. It has been a magical incubator for my personal expansion and the driving force behind Major Wellness and my ideas about what wellness really is. And how I can be of service in that space. This farm has connected me to my life force, interestingly enough through the great joy that is fresh fruit, warmed by the sun and selected in communion with the tree for optimal ripeness. In this moment, one can witness the holy trinity of light, water and energy expressed as vitality.

Light + Water

Bite into vitality

This farm has amplified the importance of connections with nature through the embodiment of the idea of light and water and energy being the key ingredients health. How the quality of the water that we put into our bodies is key because we are made of water. In fact, I’ve come to believe that the universe is expressed through water fact. We all understand that water has three key states; liquid, ice and gas or vapour but evolving intelligence posits there are actually 12 states holding different types of memories, imaginations, or consciousness.

DNA for example is 90% water and holds the memories of our ancestry and it’s physical expression, the amniotic fluid holding our essence as we grow and the interstitial fluid holding a more plasmic consistency in our fascia and tissues. Each one of those has a slightly different texture, or is one of the many phases of water. Water is memory. In understanding that, it becomes obvious why staying hydrated with clean water is essential for all beings.

And then there's the light. Specifically sunlight. We spend so much time on screens that our sunlight receptors whose role is to set our circadian rhythm are critically disrupted in a normal modern life. Here it becomes obvious that getting out in the sunshine first thing in the morning and activating the receptors in our eyes to fuel melanin is a key. A cheat code for vitality. While this may seem something we can only do on holidays, it’s actually a stress- reducing way to start the day. Go to bed early enough to step outside for your morning coffee and feel the benefits of morning sunlight exposure.

Why is the sunlight so necessary?

By stimulating vitamin D production, itself critical for so many functions and setting our circadian rhythm, the sun inadvertently regulates our sleep and our appetite. And when we have those right, life is more joyful. It's just so much easier to be when you're well rested and you're not on a crazy eating regime or schedule and you don't feel hungry. which brings us too…

Energy

Peak apple season is full of vitality.

What can we say about energy? We're creatures or beings of light. It comes from the sun. And it comes from our breath, and its powers our ability to make the light that activates our energetic body.

When we stand outside, whether there's sunshine or not, we're connected with nature and even if that nature connection is as simple as the water that hangs in the air, which in Hong Kong, we have a lot of, as humidity, which is a different, again, phase of water. We're in nature. Even in Hong Kong, we can do that on our balconies or our rooftops or even on your commute, standing on a sunny street crossing for just a moment longer than you need. It’s is all time outside, creating energy from light.

Breathe.

It's inspirational. Its moments, and it recharges our energy, literally inspiring us to focus and return to the present moment. Im breathing right now while I feel the sun on my face. I hear the wind in the trees. And I hear a bird song. Three deep breaths and I feel myself raising in vibration. Feeling.

I feel inspiration as to where to take this journal next and to link it all together. All of that can happen on my rooftop on Lamma Island in Hong Kong or on my farm in Australia. When city living feels impossible to connect with nature, with light, with water and energy, Think again.

The Vitality of Food, Eaten Where it’s Grown.

Fruit as a store of energy

Energy is also stored in the vitality of food.

In these past weeks on my farm, the greatest joy has been my morning walk and picking a piece of fruit from one of my trees and eating it there and then. Full of it’s sunrise to 9 AM sunlight, you can feel with all senses the vitality of the sun, the sugars in the fruits activated. Feel alive as you eat it.

When I arrived, there were sweet, juicy and fragrant peaches. So juicy, they run all over your hands and down your feet. Eating a peach from the tree is an outside event!

The last of the plums, juicy and deeply tasty, rich, mineral, earthy, flavours.

Now the apples are ready. I've watched them swelling with the water and getting more and more red. When I first arrived they were green and blushed red. Today they are fully red, concentrated and crunchy. A crystalline matrix in which you can feel the vitality in every bite. The body wants it… It is joy.

This feels to me, a Holy Trinity of Light of Water and of Energy and that's what this farm journey has crystalised for me.

The Farm Experiment and it’s Expression as Major Wellness.

True abundance

My brother and I bought it as a plan B during Covid and then set it up as an experiment in water and energy.

We purchased a property that had no water, because the land spoke to us. Now we capture our rainwater, and we're bringing the water back to the land by creating a hospitable environment and calling to the water to be here.

These fruit trees are an expression of that success. They were neglected many decades and we weren't even sure if they were viable.

But after calling the water and catching it in rainwater tanks and structuring it, putting devices on the water as it empties out as it fills our pipes and, you know, it makes its way to the trees with its hydrogen and its oxygen molecules broken apart to make it more easy to absorb.

Then there’s the energy. The etheric energy that we've been catching with our copper antennas that channel it into the ground to interact with the magnetic field. That brings minerals from the depths to be more available for our trees to nurture themselves by amplifying the connection of the roots into the earth.

And it's all powered by sunlight. The big beautiful sun, rising every morning in the east and setting in the west, travelling the length of the land each day. Observing nature at work with light water and energy and feeling it mindfully has connected my meditation practice with the understanding of the Foundational Role of Light, Water and Energy in the Major Wellness Offering.

Major Wellness

Next up. Pears. Still taking in the light, water and energy

Supports clients in living better by harnessing the power of Light, Water, and Energy. Initially inspired by a neurosurgeon called Dr. Jack Cruise whose work on the physics of how the human body thrives are the foundations of our energetic therapies clinic.

It is new world thinking. At the cutting edge of understanding of how we can live better lives, more full of joy and vitality and love. And alignment. I wanted to say most of all love, but really, we need these foundations to vibrate at the frequency of love up there in the very highest fastest frequencies that feel light and that brings us back to the fact that we are light.

And this is where Dr. Jack has been instrumental in facilitating a scientific understanding that takes what I'm doing with Bioresonance and our Health Dashboard out of the land of the woo and into the framework of scientism and the rapidly evolving understanding of quantum physics.

I am no physicist. I'm a creature who feels and understands frequency and emotions. I understand time as a construct more deeply. Linear time makes the modern world work, but it is possible to step outside that and feel your way through life very successfully when you are mindful. When you understand who you are. Where you understand what you need to have a successful life, full of love and joy and connection and vitality.

It's an expansion of consciousness in the sense that when you know who you are and what you need to be your best and happiest self life, becomes, I wanna say effortless, but that dismisses the actual struggle that is very real. To get to that place where you can understand that if something's too hard, you're doing the wrong thing.

And this business, while the struggle has been real, and there have been hard things, the meditation practice and the integration of morning sunlight exposure, and mindfulness and breathwork have made it easier to see where things are too hard and not worth doing, but every time I ask myself and the universe, am I doing the right thing? There is a resounding yes. Yes. Keep going. Keep building this business based on light water and energy and maintain your bioresonance practice. Lean into what you know that clients love about sessions with you, which is the conversation.

Invitation

Catching my fill of morning sunlight.

This journal is about making that conversation available to whoever is resonant with it.

And so whether you become a bioresonance client again or not, I invite you to keep contact with me. Those conversations that you have loved in the many hours that I have spent with many of my clients talking about life, the world and everything in the context of health.

And with that I invite you to take a pause. Close your eyes. Take three deep breaths. Settle yourself in your body come back to you. Then make that a habit in your daily life, stopping yourself from getting carried away in the moment and being in reactive instead of responsive.

I love you. I really really love you! and I'm going to the apple tree to enjoy a choice fruit filled with the warmth, vitality and the sweetness and the juiciness of all that is life. Light, water, and energy. Won’t you come with me? My apples are truly delicious!
