THE DETAILS
Unused credits roll over to the next month automatically
You can carry up to one month's worth of credits (e.g., Glow tier = max 14 credits rolled)
Example: Use 2 credits in October → 16 credits roll to November → November you have 5.0 credits total (Glow: 7 - 15 rolled)
Credits are used first-in, first-out (oldest credits used first)
Cap on in-person sessions, Glow 2 session/month, Radiance 4 sessions/month, no cap on remote
Remote sessions beyond your monthly credits: pay at your tier member rate (Spark 5%, Glow 8%, Radiance 10% off)
Example: Glow member needs 1 extra session — pay HK$2,346 for BRT 90
In-person sessions beyond your tier cap: pay full in-person price (HK$2,550 for BRT90)
THE PROCESS
Choose your starting tier (Spark, Glow, or Radiance)
Payment is processed monthly; credits are loaded automatically
Upgrade anytime to a higher tier
Downgrade anytime to a lower tier
Cancel anytime with 30 day cancelation notice
Your credit rate is locked for 6 months from your enrollment date
Rate adjustments only apply at renewal, never mid-term
Upgrading resets your lock to a fresh 6-month period at the new rate
