Hey from Caroline
Hello Beautiful Humans!
Who can believe it’s May already? I think we all feel time just melting into busy-ness. We’ve been deep in client work, evolving our practice, writing content and building what’s next behind the scenes.
I want to thank you for being here as we figure out the regular writing routine! I’m inspired to have this platform where i can reconnect with my story-telling passion and create articles about the things i believe foundational for energetic health. For May, we dive into Grounding - which is your reminder to figure out how to build consistency into your trips into Nature.
Grounding is not a “perfect lifestyle” idea, but something genuinely doable: a simple, practical reset you can use right now to support sleep, focus, mood, and sensitive systems. If life has felt fast, loud, or a little too full lately, start here. We’ll build on that next month with a piece from Jeanne about the Schumann Resonance, that lovely frequency that is earths’ heart beat and what you’re ultimately entraining too when you are out grounding. Many of you love this element of your Bioresonance sessions as the background sound: rrrrrrr, pring! rrrrrrr, pring! (if you know, you know.)
Most of us are living ungrounded: physically and in our nervous system, paying the price with dysregulated sleep, skin flare-ups (! yes me), scattered focus, and mood that feels “off” for no clear reason. It isn’t a luxury, and it isn’t just a weekend trip to nature. It’s nervous-system hygiene. A daily way to help your energy settle and flow.
With light,

WHAT GROUNDING ACTUALLY MEANS
Supporting your body’s electrical/energetic stability (not just “positive mindset”)
Sending a safety signal to your nervous system so it can downshift
Reducing overwhelm so your system can digest, sleep, repair, and think clearly
The Spark
A SIMPLE GROUNDING RESET YOU CAN DO TODAY

Put bare feet on the ground (or a natural surface if you can).
Take 10 slow breaths (longer exhale than inhale).
Take a 2-minute phone break — no scrolling, no input — just stillness.
Why this matters (especially for sensitive systems)
If you tend to feel overstimulated, wired-but-tired, reactive, or emotionally “thin-skinned,” grounding can be one of the simplest daily anchors — because it supports regulation first, not willpower.

Major Wellness Recommendation: Fulvic Acid

This looks like coffee, but drinks like clean water, and quietly does the work: minerals, trace elements, and a little more “plugged in” feeling day to day.
If you tend toward inflammation, chronic bloating or you feel run-down in your nervous system, this is one of those foundational adds that supports the body’s electrical function and overall resilience.
How to take: 1 teaspoon daily, and keep it consistent.
