Two weeks ago I introduced Major Wellness and the team behind it. Thank you for being here.

Today I want to do what I promised in the last issue: share what we do clearly. I’m constantly evolving how we work!

The Heart

A small moment from practice

Something I see again and again is this:

You do, “all the right things” on paper.

  • eat well.

  • exercise.

  • supplements.

And still the body feels like it’s stuck in fight-or-flight.

  • Sleep is light.

  • Digestion unpredictable.

  • Energy is up and down.

Often, it is not a willpower problem. It is a signal problem.

When the body is overloaded by modern life, it’s difficult to maintain resonance. You lose your ability to receive clear signals.

What we do is help you restore clarity so your system can do what it was designed to do: adapt, recover, and regulate.

We exist to help you build resilience in a modern environment.

Here are the three pillars we come back to:

    • The body is electrical and responsive. It emits a biofield. DNA receives signals.

I've sat with clients who've done everything right on paper and still feel broken. That's until we start asking different questions

What we do

  • We keep things simple and foundational.

  • We use tools like bioresonance and other energetic therapies to help you identify what is stressing the system and support a clearer signal.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t overwhelm you with a 30-step protocol.

  • We don’t chase trends for the sake of trends.

  • We know there is no, one solution for everyone.

Try:

“What would help my body feel safe enough to regulate again?”
